The museum provides two distinct tours, available in multiple languages including English, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian. For visitors’ convenience, handheld devices preloaded with these language options can be obtained in the Museum lobby at no additional cost with general admission or free for members.

The available tour options include:

• Karkomi Holocaust Exhibition: This core exhibition invites visitors to delve into the history of the Holocaust, highlighting the powerful narratives and unique artifacts contributed by survivors. The tour lasts approximately 55 minutes.
• Take a Stand Center: In this exhibit, visitors explore the establishment of human rights post-World War II through the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Participate in engaging with a 3-D interactive Holocaust survivor and discover the impactful stories of Upstanders who advocate for human rights globally. This tour is approximately 30 minutes long and does not encompass the Abe & Ida Cooper Survivor Stories Experience.
